Dr. Perrow
There was a retired physics professor who had a large tract of land near my family's own 120-acre home place. Dr. Perrow (PAY-row), his name was. Brilliant guy. At the beginning of his driveway he had carved "KEEP OUT" into a huge granite boulder. If you were brave enough to walk down the road and turn around, on the other side of that huge boulder he had carved "THANKS FOR VISITING. COME AGAIN SOON."
True story. (I have a couple of mildly amusing stories about Dr. Perrow.)
