Give it up. There are millions of places where you can repeat the lies that were used to steal the intellectual property of Jack Kirby, Steve Ditko, Carl Burgos, Bill Everett, and others. If you try to post your pro-corporate propaganda and hate mail here I'll just mark your comments as the spam that they are. So don't bother, you're just wasting your time.
Bottom line:
The Marvel Universe was mainly created by Jack Kirby. The Fantastic Four, The Mighty Thor, The Incredible Hulk, The X-Men, The Avengers, Captain America, Iron Man, Doctor Doom, the Silver Surfer, Galactus, The Inhumans, The Watcher, Nick Fury, S.H.I.E.L.D.--all of these (and more) were created by Jack Kirby. He didn't need a "co-creator" and never had one.
The Amazing Spider-Man, Doctor Octopus, Norman Osborne, the Green Goblin, Electro, the Sandman, the Vulture, the Lizard, Kraven the Hunter, Mysterio, Doctor Strange, Infinity, the Ancient One, Baron Mordo, Dormammu, Iron Man's golden armor--all of these (and more) were created by Steve Ditko. He didn't need a "co-creator" and never had one.
The Human Torch was created by Carl Burgos. He never willingly gave up the rights to his creation and he didn't have or need a "co-creator".
Namor, the Sub-Mariner was created by Bill Everett. He didn't need a "co-creator" and one didn't exist. He likely also created the Marvel version of the character named Daredevil, based on sketches provided by Jack Kirby (who may, in this instance, have acted as a co-creator).
If you want to further the lie that Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko and company were not utterly robbed of their intellectual property, then do so in some other venue. There are many such places open to the repeating of such lies. Go there to share your stinking bullshit.

How many people are doing this? Keep in mind one troll will operate under various names (called "sock puppets").
Anyone who believes Stan Lee had anything more to do with the comics other that write the dialogue should look at a piece of original art and READ THE NOTES ON THE BACK OF THE ART. Seeing the first page of _The Uncanny X-Men_ #2, where Kirby described everything he wanted to do with that issue, told me everything I needed to know. Stan Lee worked from those directions. He created catchphrases and alliterative names, but that was it.
Martin Goodman used Stan Lee as the shill to ensure corporate ownership of the characters guys like Jack Kirby, Steve Ditko (and company) were creating for Marvel. Lee was only too happy to cooperate. In the short run it meant more take home pay for him when the company was struggling (that "writer" credit, you see), and paid off beyond his wildest imaginings in the long run. In a strange twist of fate, Lee made more money from the theft of that intellectual property than Goodman did! For Lee stayed on at Marvel after his relative sold the company and kept up the myth that he created everything that Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko produced.
But the myth is religious for the average comic book fan. Lee is almost Christ-like in their eyes. Or God-like, if you will. Smudge his undeserved reputation at your peril. Even people who should know better continue to give him credit as "co-creator". So ingrained is the fallacy that he contributed anything more to the efforts of Kirby and Ditko than acting as company shill and office editor.
I've seen Kirby's artwork from the Silver Age. Lee had nothing whatsoever to do with the creation of those comics other than tweaking the dialogue. Without Kirby's notes, he didn't even know who the characters were or what they were about. Same goes for Ditko.
Further proof is the tremendously uneven "writing" from Lee based on who was handing in the work:
Crude, almost child-like writing for stories turned in by Dick Ayers. Polished, smart, incisive writing for stories turned in by Steve Ditko. Powerful, elemental stories of working-class strength for stories done by Kirby.
I know who created the characters and the basis for billions of dollars worth of financial power:
Jack Kirby.
Steve Ditko.
Sure as shit wasn't the publisher's nephew.
