Finishing Touches

Argh. The last few months have been tough. I keep plugging away at working as a laborer full time and then also working as a writer almost every day when I finish lifting and carrying. It ain't easy. You sometimes have to make compromises on everything but that job that brings in the regular freaking pay check.



At any rate, I'm almost finished. In fact, I'll probably finish it today and do the proofreading and get it sent to the publisher. I'm going to try.

And then what? Then I'm going to start on a new writing project. And for the first time in a long time, it's not a horror novel. It's still pure pulp for now people, but for a change it's not going to be horror, or connected in any way to horror fiction.

We'll see.
