Dreaming

Dreaming of hiking and traveling. A few more weeks before I can go. So some old memories:

This was the bed and breakfast where we stayed in Freeport, Maine. That was a great trip. I'd like to go back to Maine.

Catawba Falls here in NC. I hiked and scrambled up to this waterfall one February with Jack Thyen. One of the prettiest waterfalls I've ever seen, but I'm sure we caught it during a time of high volume, which always makes for a more dramatic scene.

Question and Answer

Wife: What are you doing with the camera?

Husband: Nothin'.

Wife: Are you taking a picture of that girl?

Husband: What??!! What girl? No! What makes you say that?




Later, in the Keys.

Wife: What are you dong with that camera??!!

Husband: Nothin'!




Later that same year, in Maine:

Wife: Are you getting a good photo of that building?

Husband: Yes.
