There were a lot of great TV theme songs that were jazz or jazz-influenced. Here are some of my favorites--examples from the '50s through the late '90s.

Hoyt Curtin, composer of many Hanna Barbera cartoon theme songs, including Top Cat and Jonny Quest.
Lionel Newman, brother of film music composer Alfred Newman, uncle of pop music and film music composer Randy Newman.
Yoko Kanno, composer of "Tank!" for Cowboy BeBop (and many other films).
What??!! Only one season?! What a rip-off!(Dig that Al Hirt trumpet!)
I always dug that Top Cat theme song. Hard to believe that cool Top Cat was voiced by nebisher Arnold Stang.
This was one of my favorites when I was six or seven years old.
I had to get up super-early in the morning to see Roger Ramjet. Only one station aired it, and they showed it at like six a.m.. Now I have them on DVD. The adult asides and innuendo are hilarious, but of course went right past me as a kid (and right past the censors, apparently).
This was another cool theme song. I guess I liked faux-jazz as a kid.
